This listing is intentionally shown as Sold Out because workshop dates are not released until a viable cohort has formed. The Wānanga itself is still available by arrangement. Once the minimum number of participants has been reached, Hau Tākere will confirm a Rotorua venue, propose suitable dates and release the available places through this store.
ABOUT THE WĀNANGA
Join Hau Tākere for a one-day introductory exploration of Atua Māori, the meanings embodied within Atua Māori, and the cultural principles and responsibilities that support their contemporary application.
Using the Atua Māori Symbolism Cards, participants will explore Atua Māori as living expressions of Taiao, knowledge, anatomy, behaviour, leadership and collective wellbeing.
Each participant will receive a pack of the Atua Māori Symbolism Cards when attending the Wānanga.
PARTICIPANT NUMBERS
Rotorua workshops are held on demand:
- Minimum of five participants
- Maximum of ten participants
Hau Tākere can also arrange a Wānanga in your community, organisation or Rohe. Workshops outside Rotorua generally require a minimum of ten participants. Please contact us to discuss your location and group requirements.
